A comprehensive survey among all continuing education centers in Switzerland
At the end of 2022, we conducted an online survey among all teaching hospitals in Switzerland. The data analysis is now complete and will be presented at the Swiss College of Surgeons Annual Meeting in Basel this year. Publication of the data in a peer-reviewed journal is in progress. The attached graph clearly shows that there is a need for further development of the surgical curriculum. In addition, there is very high support for the integration of simulators with a clear tendency towards a performance-based curricula. Interested?
