For the validation of the VirtaMed LaparoS Simulator, test rounds by experienced surgeons at the Cantonal Hospital St. Gallen as well as the University Hospital Lausanne have started. The goal is to define the relevant measurements for the targeted proficiency levels. Based on these data, a validation by inexperienced residents will then be performed. The team is highly motivated to push the project further.
